Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you opt to contact us using the Contact Form on this website, we will store the information you supplied in the form (i.e. Your Name, Surname, Email Address and Message) for a period of 30 days.
We will only use this information to reply to your message and to execute your request.

Who we share your data with
Channel Mteto does not provide your personal information with third-parties, unless it is necessary to do so in the completion of a project. In such instances, we may provide your contact details to sub-contractors we use from time to time to communicate with you with regard to the project. Our sub-contractors are under clear instructions to only use such information for the purposes of the project that they are working on and for no other reason.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Information you supply with us through our Contact Form is retained for 30 days, after which it is deleted from our website records. We may keep your contact details indefinitely for the purposes of Client Relationship Management.
What rights you have over your data
